Our Promise to You
At Kidpop, we believe in creating ride-on toys that bring joy, bonding, and confidence to families around the world. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy and a 1-year warranty—because your satisfaction matters.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in as-new condition

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

To start your return, please contact us at support@kidpop.com with your order number and full name.

Returns due to change of mind or non-defective reasons must be shipped back at your own cost.

If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please take advantage of our 3-year warranty.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.

  • We do not accept returns for items purchased through Amazon or other third-party platforms—please contact the original seller

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

If your payment provider charges a processing fee, Kidpop is not responsible for this fee.
