Effective for all products purchased via kidpop.com and Amazon
At Kidpop, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use, as well as damage that occurred during shipping.

Defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal usage

Damage caused during delivery. If you received a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to support@kidpop.com within 7 days of delivery.

Modifications or alterations

Overheating or prolonged exposure to heat

Damage from abrasive cleaning tools or harsh chemicals

📦 Warranty Support Process:

Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will suggest one of the following resolutions:
- One or more replacement part(s)
- A replacement item -
If the item is out of stock, we will either wait for restocking or provide an alternative solution after discussing with you.

We do not require the original packaging to be kept.

What you need to provide:
- Your order number
- The name of the product
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the damage or defect from various angles and distances.
