Warranty

Effective for all products purchased via kidpop.com and our Amazon store

At Kidpop, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use, as well as damage that occurred during shipping.

✅ What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal usage

  • Damage caused during delivery. If you received a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to support@kidpop.com within 7 days of delivery.

❌ What’s Not Covered:

  • Accidents, negligence, or misuse

  • Abnormal or commercial use

  • Improper storage

  • Modifications or alterations

  • Overheating or prolonged exposure to heat

  • Damage from abrasive cleaning tools or harsh chemicals

  • Theft or loss

📦 Warranty Support Process:

  • Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will suggest one of the following resolutions:

    - One or more replacement part(s)
    - A replacement item

  • If the item is out of stock, we will either wait for restocking or provide an alternative solution after discussing with you.

  • We do not require the original packaging to be kept.

  • To make a claim, please email support@kidpop.com (for purchases via our official website).
    For Amazon orders, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly.

What you need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product
  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the damage or defect from various angles and distances.

We also offer 30-day no-questions-asked returns and exchanges for all products. This applies only to non-commercial use.
