• Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and proximity to our warehouses.

We offer transparent and flat-rate shipping options:

• United States (Continental):

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50.00 USD or more.

  • A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $50.00 USD (calculated at checkout).

• Europe:

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders of €50.00 EUR or more.

  • A flat shipping rate applies to orders under €50.00 EUR (calculated at checkout).

• Supported regions:

  • All 48 continental U.S. states

  • European countries / regions

• Not currently supported:

  • P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Non-continental U.S. territories, including Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Guam (GU), Puerto Rico (PR), and the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)

  • European overseas territories and outlying islands

• Recommended: Purchase Shipping Insurance at checkout. This protects your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit, ensuring you can file a claim and get a resolution quickly.

🌍 International Orders & Customs

Currently, Kidpop ships within the U.S. and Europe.

• Duties & taxes: For any cross-border shipping (where applicable), customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local tariffs.

• Customs clearance: Kidpop is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for notifications regarding unpaid duties. Stay in touch with your local postal authority or carrier if your tracking shows the package has arrived in your country.
